Our client is a well-established organization operating across a dynamic and evolving business environment. As part of its continued growth, the company is seeking to appoint a Head of Human Resources to lead the people function, strengthen organizational capability, and support the achievement of its long-term business objectives through effective talent management and workforce planning.
The Role
The Head of Human Resources will provide strategic leadership across all HR disciplines, including talent acquisition, organizational development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, learning and development, performance management, and HR operations. Working closely with executive leadership, the role will ensure that people strategies are aligned with business priorities while fostering a high-performance culture.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the organization’s Human Resources strategy.
- Partner with executive leadership on workforce planning and organizational design.
- Lead talent acquisition and succession planning initiatives.
- Oversee compensation, benefits, and performance management frameworks.
- Drive employee engagement and organizational culture initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and corporate governance requirements.
- Lead HR digital transformation and process improvement initiatives.
- Develop leadership development and talent management programs.
- Monitor HR performance metrics and provide strategic recommendations.
- Manage departmental budgets and HR resources.
- Lead, coach, and develop the Human Resources team.
- Represent the HR function in executive management discussions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
- 12+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including senior leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of GCC employment regulations and HR best practices.
- Proven experience leading organizational transformation initiatives.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Professional certifications such as CIPD, SHRM-SCP, or SPHR are highly desirable.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic would be an advantage.
